Submitting a property?
The intake is the most complete way to put an opportunity in front of Gordon's team. It keeps the submitter, property, listing, financing details, notes, and documents together for review.
- Your name, email, phone number, and role in the opportunity
- The property address, listing link, and listing-agent contact information
- The agent's exact feedback, seller openness, situation notes, and expected follow-up
- The current mortgage statement or the remaining balance, interest rate, and monthly payment
- Any supporting documents that are relevant to the property review

What happens after submission
A new property submission is organized as a property-specific opportunity in the SUBTO JV PARTNERS pipeline at the Needs Review stage. Gordon's team can then review the entered fields, documents, and generated submission summary together.
Keep sensitive documents with the opportunity
Do not send mortgage statements or other sensitive property documents through social media. Use the dedicated upload fields in the opportunity intake, and redact unrelated sensitive information when practical.
