Palm Capital Ventures (“PCV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates JVwithGordon.com. This policy applies to information collected through this site, including the subject-to opportunity intake, document uploads, and messages sent to our published office email. External websites linked from this site have their own policies.
2. Information we collect
Submitter and contact details
Your name, email address, phone number, role, and any information you include in a message to us.
Property and listing details
The property address, listing link, agent contact information, situation notes, current openness, follow-up expectations, and other facts you provide.
Financing and documents
Loan balance, interest rate, monthly payment, mortgage statements, supporting documents, file names, file types, file sizes, and document-integrity information.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process standard request data, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and request logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
3. How we use information
- Receive, organize, review, underwrite, and follow up on property opportunities.
- Create or update the submitter's contact record and the property-specific opportunity in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Route uploaded documents, generate an intake-summary PDF, and keep each submission attributable to its property and submitter.
- Contact you by phone, text message, or email about the opportunity and information you provided, as described when you submit the form.
- Prevent duplicate submissions, reconcile interrupted uploads, maintain business records, troubleshoot problems, and protect the site and intake process.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
4. Where submissions go
The website is hosted on Vercel. Intake files may pass through private Vercel Blob staging and recovery storage before they are organized in the Palm Capital Ventures GoHighLevel account. Accepted submission records can include a contact record, property opportunity, document references, a generated summary PDF, operational route-state records, and an accepted-revision archive.
GoHighLevel Media Storage and the contact's document fields are operational business records; they are not public pages and are not intended for search-engine indexing. Files are organized by property and submission so PCV can distinguish multiple opportunities from the same person.
5. When information is disclosed
We may disclose information:
- To service providers that host the site, store or route documents, manage contacts and opportunities, or otherwise support the intake and review process.
- To people involved in evaluating or completing an opportunity when the disclosure is appropriate for that review or transaction.
- To professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to protect rights, address fraud or security concerns, or comply with law.
We do not use an intake submission to create a public property listing on JVwithGordon.com.
6. Retention
Temporary staging files are intended to expire under the site's operational retention settings. Accepted submissions, GHL records, permanent document references, generated summaries, and recovery archives may be retained for the time reasonably needed to review the opportunity, maintain transaction and business records, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate work, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and the status of the opportunity.
7. Security and document caution
We use operational measures designed to protect the intake and route files to the correct records, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Upload only documents needed for the opportunity and redact unrelated sensitive information when practical.
The intake checks allowed file type, size, file signature, and SHA-256 integrity before routing. Those checks do not establish that a file is free of malicious or active content.
8. Cookies and external services
As of the date above, this site does not install third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and security infrastructure may still use essential technical mechanisms and process server logs to operate and protect the site. YouTube, Instagram, Zillow, PropStream, and other external sites may collect information under their own privacy policies when you follow a link to them.
9. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. We will evaluate a request under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, recordkeeping, or transaction purposes. To stop text messages, reply STOP to a message.
Send privacy questions or requests to office@palmcapitalventures.com. Please do not email sensitive property documents unless we ask you to; use the opportunity intake instead.
10. Children
JVwithGordon.com is intended for adults involved in real estate opportunities and is not directed to children under 18. Do not submit information about a child unless it is necessary for a lawful transaction review and you are authorized to provide it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site, intake workflow, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date shows when this version took effect.
